DABB: Shop is a quick commerce fashion platform offering:
- Fast delivery of fashion products & accessories
- Try & Buy options
- One-click checkout
- Clothing rentals for select items
3. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on order status and product type. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on banks or payment providers.

Colour Variation
Actual product colours may vary slightly from images shown on the app or website due to photography, lighting conditions, device screens and display settings. Minor colour differences between the product image and actual product will not be considered a defect. This will not be considered a product defect and will not qualify for a return or refund.
Product Condition
- Products must be returned in their original, unused and saleable condition.
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, ironing, or use may not be accepted.
Tags & Labels
- Original tags, labels and stickers must remain attached and intact.
- Returns without tags may be rejected.
Stains, Odour & Damage
- Products with stains, makeup marks, perfume/deodorant marks, sweat marks or strong odours may not be accepted.
- Damaged, torn, scratched or otherwise compromised products may be rejected.
Wrong Product / Wrong Size
- If the wrong product, colour or size is delivered, the customer should report it within the specified return window.
- The product must still meet the return-condition requirements.
Missing Items / Accessories
All components, accessories, packaging or complimentary items supplied with the order should be returned where applicable.
Packaging
- Products should preferably be returned with their original packaging.
- Damaged or missing packaging may affect return eligibility if it impacts the resaleability of the product.
Combo / Bundle Products
- For bundles, all products included in the bundle must be returned together.
- Partial returns of a combo/bundle may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Categories
The following products are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene and safety reasons:
- Innerwear
- Swimsuits / Swimwear
- Other hygiene-sensitive products as specified on the product page
4. User Eligibility
- Users must be 18 years or older to use the app
- Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration
- You are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws in your jurisdiction
5. Account Responsibility
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Any activity under your account is your responsibility
- DABB Shop is not liable for unauthorized account access due to user negligence
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
6. Orders & Availability
- Product availability is subject to stock
- Prices, offers, and availability may change without prior notice
- Orders may be cancelled if items are unavailable or due to operational constraints
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order
7. Try & Buy Policy
- Try & Buy items must be returned in original condition
- Tags must remain intact
- No perfumes, stains, damages, or alterations
- Items not returned in acceptable condition will be charged in full

- All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways
- DABB Shop does not store card or UPI details
- Failed or reversed payments will be handled as per gateway policies
9. User Conduct
Users agree not to:
- Misuse the app or services
- Provide false or misleading information
- Damage, misuse, or withhold Try & Buy products
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or staff
- Attempt to reverse or dispute legitimate transactions fraudulently
10. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, and trademarks related to DABB Shop are the property of DABB Shop and may not be used without written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
DABB Shop shall not be liable for:
- Delays due to unforeseen circumstances
- Indirect or incidental damages
- Issues caused by third-party service providers
12. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
