What are the conditions for Try & Buy returns?
  • Items must be unused
  • Original tags must be intact
  • No perfumes, stains, damages, or alterations
What happens if I return a damaged item?

Damaged or altered items may be charged fully or partially based on damage assessment.

Rentals

How do rentals work?

You can rent selected clothing items for a fixed duration. Rental period, charges, and return date will be shown before checkout.

Yes, your payment information is completely secure. All payments are processed through industry-leading secure payment gateways. DABB Shop does not store your card or UPI details directly - we use tokenized payment processing for maximum security.

How do refunds work?

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. The timeline depends on your bank or payment provider, typically 5-7 business days. You'll receive a notification once the refund is initiated.

What if my payment failed?

If your payment fails, you won't be charged. Failed payments are handled according to your payment gateway's policies. You can try again with a different payment method or the same method after resolving any issues.

Can I cancel an order?

Order cancellation depends on the order status:

  • Confirmed orders can usually be cancelled immediately
  • Orders being prepared may have a limited cancellation window
  • Once an order is out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible
  • Completed deliveries cannot be cancelled, but can be returned if eligible
