DABB Shop is a quick commerce fashion app that delivers fashion items quickly and offers features like Try & Buy, rentals, and easy returns.
Delivery & Orders
Orders are usually delivered within 30 minutes, subject to location and availability.
Try & Buy
Try & Buy allows you to try selected fashion items at delivery before deciding to keep or return them.
- Items must be unused
- Original tags must be intact
- No perfumes, stains, damages, or alterations
Damaged or altered items may be charged fully or partially based on damage assessment.
Rentals
You can rent selected clothing items for a fixed duration. Rental period, charges, and return date will be shown before checkout.

We support multiple payment methods:
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
- Debit cards
- Credit cards
- Net banking
- Digital wallets
- Other payment methods available via our payment partners
Yes, your payment information is completely secure. All payments are processed through industry-leading secure payment gateways. DABB Shop does not store your card or UPI details directly - we use tokenized payment processing for maximum security.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method. The timeline depends on your bank or payment provider, typically 5-7 business days. You'll receive a notification once the refund is initiated.
If your payment fails, you won't be charged. Failed payments are handled according to your payment gateway's policies. You can try again with a different payment method or the same method after resolving any issues.
Order cancellation depends on the order status:
- Confirmed orders can usually be cancelled immediately
- Orders being prepared may have a limited cancellation window
- Once an order is out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible
- Completed deliveries cannot be cancelled, but can be returned if eligible

You can delete your account from the app under Account Settings or email support@mydabb.com.
