Option 1: Delete Account from the App
Steps to Follow:
- Open the DABB Shop App
- Go to Menu → Account Privacy
- Select Delete Account
- Confirm the request
Once confirmed, your account deletion request will be processed.
Option 2: Request Deletion via Email
If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us.
Email Request Details:

📌 Subject: Account Deletion Request – DABB Shop
Please include:
- Registered mobile number
- Registered email address
What Happens After Account Deletion?
- Your personal profile data will be permanently deleted
- Order history may be retained for legal and compliance purposes
- You will no longer be able to access your account
- Any active orders, rentals, or refunds must be completed before deletion
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are processed within 7 working days.
⚠️ Important Notes
- Deleted accounts cannot be restored
- Wallet balances, offers, and credits (if any) will be forfeited
- Ensure no active Try & Buy orders before requesting deletion
